'I'm so lucky... I'm loved by two ladies. How good is that? It's just a normal family, seriously,' Michael told the program.
But according to the trio, Laura and Andrea were banned from working together at the service station after rumours of their relationship began to swirl.
Laura claims she then received a voicemail message telling her she had been sacked.
'I'm so lucky... I'm loved by two ladies. How good is that? It's just a normal family, seriously,' Michael said
'The message on my mobile saying... my services will no longer be required at BP. My employment is terminated. With no reason why,' she said.
The service station's management flatly rejected Laura and Andrea's claims of discrimination.
'We reject outright any claim that we make employment decisions on the basis of race, gender, religion or sexual preference,' they told ACA in a statement.
'We are an inclusive employer and take very seriously our responsibility to provide a safe workplace for our staff.'
BP Australia also released a statement, saying the service station in questioned is independently owned. They said they would be looking into the matter.
