Share Internet Connection from Android Mobile via USB Tethering with Computer, PC

1. Make sure your smart phone having the Android version above 2.2 Froyo. To know the installed version, go to Settings » About phone, and look at Android version. If your Android version is above 2.2, then follow the further steps.
2. Double check you have installed the device drivers to your computer.
3. Now, connect your Smartphone with your laptop via USB cable. Do not need to tap on "Turn on USB storage". Just tap on the home screen button.
4. Check out the data connection in your Smartphone that is working properly.
5. In the phone, go to Settings » More » Tethering & portable hotspot, and make a check on "USB tethering".
   
   
   
6. Now, in your computer, go to "network and sharing center" you will see a new connection that is made by your android mobile.
   
   
   
7. Now, you have done. You can surf the web by using your android Smartphone data connection.
