Many residents remain missing after the tragedy at Grenfell Tower, which had 120 flats, housing hundreds of people.
Some people who were initially reported as missing have now been traced in hospital, where they are receiving treatment.
However, concerns are growing for the following residents who have not been heard from since the blaze.
Sakineh and Fatima Afraseiabi
Sisters Sakineh and Fatima Afraseiabi have not been heard from since Wednesday morning.
The two lived together on the 18th floor.
Sakineh called her son in the early hours of Wednesday morning, telling him they were in trouble and that there was a fire, but the phone cut.
Isaac Shawo
Five-year-old Isaac Shawo has been reported missing.
His mother told the Evening Standard that she was searching hospitals and emergency centres but had been unable to find her son.
"He is a beautiful boy," she said.
"I will not fear the worse. I am still hoping and praying for him."
The Begum family
Five members of the Begum family are missing.
Kamru Miah and his wife Rabeya Begum along with their three children, daughter Husna, and sons Hanif and Hamid all lived on the 17th floor.
Their family are searching hospitals in the hope of finding them.
Brkite Haftom and her son Bruck
The 35 year-old Eritrean and her 12-year-old son Bruck have been missing since the fire.
They lived on the 19th floor of Grenfell Tower.
The Choucair Family
Six members of the Choucair family are missing.
The three children are three-year-old Zeinab, Fatima, 11, and Mierna, 14.
Parents Nadia Choucair and Bassem Choucair are also unaccounted for, as well as Ms Choucair's mother, Sirria.
Nadia Choucair worked as a nursery officer at a local school.
Ms Choucair's sister, Sawsan Choucair, told Sky News that she was still searching for her family. "I'm hoping, because the scene out there was horrible," she said.
She previously lived in Grenfell tower and said residents had concerns about safety but "had no choice" but to accept it.
She last heard from her family on the day of the fire, when she was called with calls for help.
Steve Power
The 63-year-old was reported to be reluctant to leave his two dogs, and is understood to have remained in his flat on the 14th floor.
A local man who knew him and spoke to Sky News said: "He wouldn't leave his dogs and it cost him his life".
His daughter has been searching for him and posted an appeal on Twitter.
Sheila Smith
The 84-year-old lived on the 16th floor.
Her son has reported her missing, and shared her photo on Twitter.
Raymond 'Moses' Bernard
The 62-year-old lived alone on the 21st floor.
He was last heard from on the evening of the fire, before the fire broke out.
His family say there were two sightings of him in the hours after the fire but they have heard nothing from him since.
The Hashim family
All five members of the Hashim family are missing after the blaze.
The youngest child, Yaqub, is six.
He remains unaccounted for, along with siblings 14-year-old Yahya and 12-year-old Firdaws, and parents Nura Jamal and Hashim Hashim.
Marjorie and Ernie Vital
Mother and son Marjorie and Ernie lived on the 16th floor. Marjorie was 67 and Ernie 43.
Family members are searching hospitals for the pair.
Ligaya Moore
The UK's Philippine embassy issued a statement on Facebook asking for help finding Ms Moore.
Grandson Nico Purificacion described the 79-year-old as "an admirable woman". He said she had lived in London for a long time.
"She's very fun to be with despite her age. So innocent yet very straightforward," he said. "Our family loves her so much."
Rania Ibrham
Rania Ibrham has not been heard from since around 3am on Wednesday, when she uploaded a Facebook Live video from the burning tower.
Ms Ibrham lived on the top floor of the building with her two children, who are three and five.
The video shows her running to a smoke-filled corridor to try and find help before looking to the street below her window.
Her friend Rahmana Rashid posted on Facebook "Rania Ibrham my friend is missing from the grenfill tower, if you have seen her or have any news on her pls contact me."
Gloria Trevisan and Marco Gottardi
The young Italian couple have not been heard from since around 3.30am on Wednesday when Miss Trevisan called her mother, who lives in Italy, to say the building was on fire.
The lawyer for the family of Miss Trevisan said she heard a recording of the call and concluded there was "no hope" of finding them alive.
During the call Miss Trevisan said "goodbye" and thanked her mother "for what you have done for me", the lawyer added.
Miss Trevisan and Mr Gottardi had only recently moved in and lived on the 23rd floor.
Mr Gottardi's cousin wrote on Facebook that he was praying for the pair, saying: "I don't have no news from them since last night and their mobile phones are off."
Omar Belkaldi and Farah Hamdan
Two sisters from the Belkaldi family - Malek, seven and Tazmin, six - have been found in hospital, but their parents Omar Belkaldi and Farah Hamdan are still unaccounted for.
Their baby sister Leena, who is just six-months-old, is also missing.
The family lived on the 20th floor.
Zainab Dean and her son Jeremiah
Ms Dean lived on the 14th floor of the block with her two-year-old son Jeremiah.
She called her brother Francis Dean in the early hours of the morning, but he has not heard from her since.
Her brother said she had been instructed by firefighters to stay inside her flat.
Hamid Kani
The 61-year-old Iranian lived on the 15th floor.
Anthony Disson
Mr Disson, 66 and known as Tony, was last in contact with his family at 3am when he was still inside the building.
His wife Cordelia and three sons have been searching hospitals but have been unable to find him.
Mohamednur 'Mo' Tuccu
The 44-year-old security guard had finished work around 10pm, before heading to Grenfell Tower to break the Ramadan fast with friends, along with his wife Amalahmedin and three-year-old daughter Mayah.
Their friends lived on the 19th floor. A neighbour said she knocked on the family's door to alert them of the danger as she left the building.
Mr Tuccu texted his cousin at around 9pm, but family have heard nothing further from him.
His manager, Red Consultancy chief executive Mike Morgan, told Sky News: "Mo is a part of the family. He will have been with us for 10 years next month and is due to be awarded with his decade milestone. We all just want to hear that he is okay."
Hesham Rahman
The 57-year-old lived on the 20th floor of the block of flats.
His family last had contact with him at around 3am when he told them he could smell smoke.
The last thing he told his family was "Don't worry, as soon as I'm out I'll let you know. The police are coming to get me, I've spoken to them. It's going to be okay."
Mr Rahman is diabetic and would struggled to walk down the stairs.
Mariem Elgwahry and her mother Suhar
The 27-year-old lived in a flat on the 19th floor of the tower.
A former work colleague has tweeted her picture and asked anyone who has seen Ms Elgwahry to get in touch.
Her mother, Suhar, is also missing.
It is not known if the two other members of the Elgwahry family who lived in the flat were home at the time of the fire.
Mohamed 'Saber' Neda
Mr Neda's wife and son escaped to safety after the fire broke out and are now in hospital. A friend said they are "severely injured" and "desperate to find out where he is".
They said: "He was on the top floor of the building trying to help (people) and went missing since."
The last contact with Mr Neda, who is 57, was at 3am, when he phoned his nephew and told him he was stuck in the kitchen of his flat on the top floor.
Ali Yawar Jafari
The 82-year-old has been confirmed missing by his family. He lived on the 11th floor.
Mr Jafari's son told the Daily Telegraph that Mr Jafari was with his wife and daughter in the lift when it stopped on the 10th floor.
He told the paper: "There was too much smoke and he couldn't breathe and he got out of the lift and then the doors shut and it didn't stop again till the ground floor."
Jessica Urbano
The 12-year-old is the niece of a friend of film director Noel Clarke, who tweeted a picture of the teenager, appealing for anyone who knows where she is to get in contact.
One of her friends told the Press Association that Jessica lived on the 20th floor and "last spoke to her mum when she borrowed a phone and told her she was on the stairs with other people".
She also said there had been unconfirmed sightings of her outside of the flats and being put into an ambulance, but they have been unable to find her at hospital, and have had no further news.
Dennis Murphy
Mr Murphy, who lived on the 14th floor, is understood to have called his nephew while trapped in his flat.
Nothing has been heard from him since.
